8. Refund policy

Refunds depend on the product or service. None of our done-for-you or done-with-you services for LinkedIn, cold email marketing, content writing or other services where we are producing content offer any refunds. You may ask for a refund at any time for an order that is incomplete. An incomplete order is one that has not been initiated. Initiation means onboarding and consulting has started and one meeting has taken place. Once unblocked, by us or any other entity, it will be considered a complete job and no longer eligible for a refund. We offer a 30-day refund for our AI Writing Software. You must communicate with us via email and ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
